No Time to Be Human: Making Room for Self-Care in Graduate School

Session info: Are you tired of constantly feeling burnt out? Do you not even have the time to think about what you may need to function as a person? Is work/life balance even possible in graduate school? In this workshop we will be discussing the importance of self-care and ways to incorporate it into your busy schedule. We will visit a variety of domains of self-care (not just bubble baths or taking a walk) and generate ideas as to what may be the most beneficial for you and your mental health.
